Acupuncture

This ancient practice works by altering the regulatory role of tissue with precise needle insertions to move your body and mind toward greater balance. This resets the vital energy flow in your body. Every condition and illness is treatable. Mark is a specialist in treating complicated illnesses that your doctor may be having a hard time figuring out.

Herbal Medicine

Using customized and individualized powdered extracts of high quality traditional Chinese herbs as well as pre-made pills, many conditions and illnesses can benefit from Chinese herbal medicine. Mark is a specialist in treating common cold, flu, allergies and other upper respiratory conditions with Chinese herbal medicine.

Cupping

Mark practices with the same style he learned while interning in Chinese hospitals, traditional bamboo fire cups. Cupping pulls tissue layers apart to break up adhesions that tend to lock in chronic muscle tension. Cupping is great for back, shoulder, and neck pain, as well as upper respiratory conditions such as asthma and bronchitis.

"This is the place to go if you want top notch Acupuncture and herbal remedies formulated specifically for you. After a number of treatments my issue was fully resolved, and I have continued to go there when suffering from allergies, colds, and joint pain. This place is about good medicine and I highly recommend it.”

- Andrew

“I received acupuncture for my foot and it was the the best thing I did... I am from out of town but will certainly be returning when I visit Portland. Two days following the acupuncture, my pain has reduced about 75%, having made no other changes. This spot is a gem.”

- Samantha

“Great fusion between eastern medicine and western sensibilities. Incredibly caring, personal service, combined with a relaxing setting, reasonable rates and very knowledgeable practitioner.”

- Mike
